To maintain an endorsement, we expect that a healthcare provider or MFO will continue to meet or exceed our minimum standards

An endorsed healthcare provider or MFO can leverage their endorsement to establish credibility and trust with the military community, take advantage of any additional resources or support that are made available through the endorsement and use the endorsement as an opportunity to learn and grow as a healthcare professional or MFO. We encourage endorsed healthcare providers and MFOs to be proactive in seeking out opportunities to make a positive impact on the military community and to be open to feedback and guidance from Deploi as they navigate this journey.

Deploi expects endorsed healthcare providers and MFOs to show their dedication to providing the highest quality care and support to the military community. This support may include staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices, being responsive to the unique needs and challenges of this population and being willing to go the extra mile to provide the best possible care. We also expect that they will be a good ambassador for Deploi, representing our values and mission to the broader military community.

Deploi is committed to supporting endorsed healthcare providers and MFOs in their efforts to serve the military community. This may include providing access to resources and support such as training and professional development opportunities, fostering collaboration opportunities with other healthcare professionals and organisations and offering guidance and support where needed. We encourage endorsed healthcare providers and MFOs to take advantage of these resources and to reach out to us with any questions or concerns they may have along the way.

Deploi is always looking for ways to engage and collaborate with the military community and we welcome the participation of endorsed healthcare providers and MFO in these efforts. Whether that’s through volunteering, participating in events or activities or sharing their expertise and insights, there are many ways that endorsed healthcare providers and MFOs can get involved and make a positive impact. We encourage them to let us know if they are interested in getting involved and we will do our best to connect them with opportunities that align with their interests and goals.

In rare cases, it may be necessary for Deploi to revoke an endorsement if a healthcare provider or MFO no longer meets our minimum standards or fails to adhere to our expectations for endorsed entities. We take this decision very seriously, communicating openly and working alongside a healthcare provider or MFO to address any issues or concerns before considering revocation. However, we reserve the right to revoke an endorsement if necessary to protect the integrity and reputation of our organisation and the military community we serve.
